YoungWonks Coding Challenge - California (2026)
This is a public coding challenge for elementary, middle, and high school students living in California. Participants can take this challenge in Python, Java, or C++. Round 1 consists of a multiple-choice question screening contest in which participants answer challenging questions. This event is free for YoungWonks students. This event will be split in 2 rounds which will take place in March 2026: Round 1: March 21, 2026. Multiple Choice Question screening. Virtual event. Round 2: March 28, 2026. Timed Coding Challenge. In-person event which will take place in Pleasanton, California. Only participants who pass Round 1 will be invited to compete in Round 2. All participants who attend Round 1 will receive a coding proficiency assessment report regardless of their performance. It will list out all of the graded concepts that were covered during the Multiple Choice Question screening with their respective score.
